Today we walked in the woods around Dampierre sur Boutonne. Thankfully the rain held off and we were able to spend a few quiet hours on our weekly day off. We spotted the usual birds of prey and some deer. There have been reports of a greater than usual number of wild boar around at the moment but, thankfully, we didn't cross their path! We finished our walk with a welcome beer at Le Garage a Papi, a quirky converted former garage. You can find them on Facebook.
